So last Sat i got a little upset w/ some formal reunion matters (just the word "grass root" really irritates me!!!!!) As my friend said someone may use "grass root" to describe one self but i think whoever use this particular word to describe OTHERS are VERY MEAN (as one may put - no manner!)
ANYWAY, so tonite i organized another Boilers gathering - the informal one! :D As eric is back w/ his girl. Well, I was meant for a SMALLER dinner but turn out the largest table couldn't fit all of us (Natasha has to sit w/ big den!) wahahahahha... (and how ironic - the formal dinner we're trying to bring UP the attendants but no one show up, while this meant to be "smaller" dinner turn out too many!)
*sigh*
ANYWAY, back to the point, so half of the table i don't know! (hahaahahaha) but it's alright, it's a fun dinner i guess - glad low dai, big den, natasha & rich are here. That's good. :) We talked about our June's trip (even though doesn't really go anywhere! hahaha) *and sorry rich* But then it's cool. Kara, Terence, Raymond, small den, belinda, otto, chun & adrian were also there (really don't know the last few "kids"). haha..
Afterall some of them is class of 2007! OMG! just on book i'm 7 yrs older than them~ !@#$%YU^%$#
we ordered 2 8 person's menu (well, kara decided! haha, worry free!) Frankly speaking i didn't really eat much at all (just a bit too crowded!! haha)... but just bunch of catch up w/ low dai, big den & rich - i haven't seen them for a very long time (okay we chatted on MSN but that's different la!) Anyway, i'm sorry low dai is a bit bored! :D but hey, we made it up by having an early b-day cake for him woh! (and so many ppl share the small cake w/ him!)
hahahaa.. it's okay, he told me later on that he actually had THREE CAKES TODAY already (3 from work - one for his boss (today), one for him (tmr) and one for his colleague (3/14)
I was just kidding to him - i'm sure this yr is the yr he has the most # of b-day cake - and NOT on his OWN birthday! hahahahaha
Anyway, happy birthday low dai, thanks for treating me as a brother all along! haha... and big den, natasha and rich - glad still have some "close" friends from college in HK - after all these years :)
P.S. Although the table has a few "generations" as you might imagine - there's one common thing in common - that we're "Thunder Water Roy's" Schoolmates (at anyone of our Boiler's life) wahahahahahahahahahahahaha :P

wondering how the 'grass root' word came into the discussion? classifying ppl by certain way could be "irritating" for some people.
on the other hand, u did have a good time.
