So here i'm - at ORD again - about 20 min before boarding. Time flies w/ light speed whenever it's vacation time - 8 days i've spent here in the States - and on the way back to hell.
There's too much feelings during this trip, most of the time positive, but also have times where reality hits. Too much to blog. a few wanna put on "record":
1. Vicky's wedding - just want to say i'm very happy and touched to attend vick & daniel's wedding. Congra to the newly wed again, i think this is the 2nd wedding which i feel so touched after my sis's one. After all vick is really like a sis / good friend. I'm so happy to see her "happily and ever after"
2. Purdue's gang - to me vick's wedding is also a 'mini-reunion" for our gangs from Purdue - well, as far as i can say most can attend. I kept thinking this is like our "10-yr-reunion" - 10 yrs since we've know each other, the very first semester we were in purdue. There's lots of changes, but always nice to stick around and make fun w/ our "happiness origin - liu ka yuen" (wakakkakakakaa). I love these dear friends deeply. it's very old mud to say but it's really true that although we're thousands and thousands miles away, my thoughts are always w/ them and i look forward to more "10-yr-reunion" - and at least we can talk about the 24 hr Korean BBQ next time :P
3. Revisiting Purdue - i can't believe this is the 2nd time i'm back to campus since i graduate from 2000. ppl may think i'm crazy but i do still have certain level of attachment to the school. i feel blessed and lucky that each time i get a chance to return to the old place - a place where i've my most precious moments in my life, still. Although ppl ain't there anymore, i still enjoy being on campus and see the growth...
4. Chicago - as of last post :P
5. Detroit and Niagara Falls - took lots of picts, did had great fun but...
well, these are all i wanna say for now, flight is on time and time for boarding - to a place call "home".
