i know the key point is "FIRST" date - but personal I think #3 is IMPOSSIBLE (i myself don't remember if i ever turn off my phone DURING a DATE!? maybe i "refuse" to take calls but never turn it completely off) hahaha... and that it'll be totally awkward if he stares at me the whole time (and mention about his mom?? definitely a NO-NO for FIRST date la...

Or this is just a difference between GUY and GAL on their FIRST date?! :P

yeah yeah, i should have done it like a wk ago.... but anyway, i just started doing it yesterday

so just found a whole bunch of stuffs that i've kept all these years... things i didn't "throw out" all these time - but just now:

• my Pharmaceutical notes (always wanna make drug, the only pharma class i had)
  
• my payroll slips & tax form (1040) during my stay in Purdue (from 97 - 00!!!!)
• all my credit cards / phone cards / whatever whatever bank statements before i left US (!)
• books i'm getting rid of
• step by step Access 2002, English Chinese Chinese English Dictionary by Peter M. Bergman, The Chamber by John Grisham, Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt, The Curious Incident of the dog in the night-time by Mark Haddon, Minority Report by Philip K. • those grow in the dark "stars" wall-decoration - man, we used to LOVE to put those in our room - and brought that "tradition" w/ me when i came back - i mean, i still have some in my room (those haven't fallen yet! haha) but not a big fans, well, not anymore...

Things i just totally forgot / didn't realize:

• I've got a total of TEN Calvin and Hobbes comic series!!! kekee
• one of my harry potter is missing?!?!?!?! @_@'' whom should i lend it to??
• i've like 2 whole level of my bookshelves books that i haven't read... time to pick up reading AGAIN!
  
• numerous letters i wrote (but w/o sending!) I don't remember if i meant NOT to send out - well, most likely i just FORGET to send them wahahhaha
• the "book"of letters i started (but never finish) wahahahaha
• Clement came to pick me up from the airport when i return in 2000?! WOW, really buddy?! so sweet of you! hahahaa
• i never finished a complete diary (most is 95% filled, never wrote it all the way to the last page!) and last entry was dated back in Dec 05! hahaha
• back hurt!!!
• one afternoon / nite is just not enough - for a good clean up :PP

man, i HOPE i can finish cleaning up my room today!! :P

maybe i'm just too "into" the situation (and just can't see things objectively).... didn't realize until, well, as my friend pointed out, that, you, have finally "draw the line"...

All along I only know that "it doesn't feel right." feeling awkward - oh, now i know what's wrong - you've finally "draw the line"...

I guess from now on i can't "trick" myself and blame that you never "draw the line"... quite contradicting - previously i've pushed away and hold YOU to be the one who responsible for this "mess" - but now, no more excuse - as you've finally done it - something you should have done a long time back..

cousins dinner.....

today is the last day cees & andy are here in HK - well, i didn't take off from work so the couple got a little "fresh air" from me keke.... well, anyway, after work tonite we had a cousin dinner with edwin & yoyi (oh, and their other half). Cees is always Edwin's favorite cousin (haha) and it has been so long since they last met - so i guess that's good that they can meet b4 cees take off u know.

we had pizza @ pepperonis Soho. Food was great - i just ate too much *LOL* and it's SUPER fun to catch up w/ cousins who ain't in HK these days. I guess that's really cool, had great fun. Wonder if we'll be that "close" if they never left HK....

anyway... i can't believe cees & andy are taking off tmr. I hope the couple had fun - even though it's too tiring (LOL). I can't believe i forget how much i treasure to have my sis around (physically) to tease w/, to do things w/, to complain w/ (and to gang up against mom!) hahahaha... just whatever we do together :P

i'm gonna miss her - but knowing her taken care by lovely husband is also a blessing...

2038.....

so i was checking one of my "not-checking-regularly" email accounts and was cleaning up the "Spam" folder. Well, usually i just push the "empty" button w/o even looking - but today i was just curious how come there's so much spam (as i don't use this email address anymore), and found something quite interesting:

i thought i'm still living in 2007? *LOL* I doubt "email" is still the media to "spam" by 2038 (31 yrs later)!! maybe there's a way invented that we have to shut down our brainwaves to prevent "spam" by then!

P.S. now think about it again, I think they just want to "ensure" their spam mail is ON THE TOP when one is checking their mail...

i just did my "regular" back up of my blog (printing each month as a PDF file) - wow can you believe i've actually got 22 pages (31 posts!!)!!! I think this is a record since I started this Oct 2004!!

alright there's quite some "quote" / "fwd" mails but i still think i'm a little too addicted! hahaha, no but seriously I think I shall cut down a bit kekee (and alright alright, i'll REALLY head to bed now)

Part time Tour Guide - Part 1

so my sis & andy came to town since Monday nite - man, it was quite difficult to be around w/ them for the last 2 days - b/c i've that biggo infection on my face and feeling REALLLLLLLLLY sick - it was esp. terrible when i've to pick them up at the airport at 11pm+ on Monday nite (when i took sick leave!) (cees, u owe me a big one!)

haha, just kidding, afterall, it's the FIRST time you guys came back together (1st time Andy comes to HK!) so i guess i can't snake king (until next time!) *LOL*

so far we've went to Kowloon Tong's Festival Walk, Mongkok's Ladies Street, Stanley, and TST - and on the agenda for the next few days are Ocean Park, Disneyland and Big Buddha. i think after all i ain't too good a tour guide because:

1. Bad health - tour guide can't really have sick leave - and it's really difficult to tour ppl when you're not feeling well (I do feel a lot less stress when pisces & gemini were visiting - hmm.. maybe b/c i wasn't really feeling THAT sick back then??? Maybe...)
2. Bad planning - i've tried to squeeze too much stuffs in one day - i've talked to Sagittarius and got a reminder from him - ppl DO get tired after their long trip (all the way here!) - and not to mention the jet lag part!!! so MAXIMUM MAXIMUM only plan TWO Places in one day (i never thought of it THAT WAY) - a good tips indeed
   
3. bad time management - places i think shouldn't need to stop too much time (e.g. Stanley) but turned out we spent like.. 3 hrs there?!
   
4. bad information - i never remember the exact date and tourist details/info (well, i never really intend to so that's why! hahahaha)
5. overlooking what the "customer" need - cees & andy are really those "go-w/-the-flow" ppl - they've already complained about the pace (and they walk SLOW!) hahaha... alright, i'll try to walk a bit slower in the next few days....
   
6. i've to take calls at work in between (sucks)

OKAY anyway, so next time whoever comes in i guess i'll be a better tour guide :P And for now, well, I hope my "surprise" to ceci that staying in the Hollywood hotel in Disney on Friday (all by themselves! haha) can make up all of the above :P

P.S. and i better go to bed NOW (02:01) as i've to get up by 08:00 tmr - geez, how come "tour guide" just can't sleep in?????????
